I answer every email myself. If you're stuck between sizes or something arrived wrong, just tell me — I'd much rather help you get it right than process a return.

Quick answers

Where is my order?

Most orders ship within 48 hours and you'll get tracking by email. During a sale it can take up to 7 days. Send us your order number and we'll chase it.

How do returns work?

You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items with tags attached, for store credit. Sale items are final.

What size should I order?

Bamboo stretches about a full size, so we suggest sizing up if your little one is between sizes, tall, or in cloth nappies.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes — pick the Wholesale topic in the form and tell us about your shop. We'll send our line sheet and terms.
