Return/Exchange Policy/Shipping


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer has 7 days from delivery date to return or exchange items. Any returned or exchanged items must be unworn In original packaging and with tags still attached. We will not accept items that have been worn. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items/ marked down items for any reason! Returned items will receive store credit upon us receiving and inspecting the product first. We do not reimburse shipping costs incurred.

To begin a return please email us at hello@anniebeanandco.com with the subject line containing "return". Please provide your order number, reason for return and item you are returning in the email.

 Damages 
Please inspect your order within 7 days of purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item has been worn we do not accept defective products.

Additional return information

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

AB&CO is not responsible for return postage.

Shipping

We work very hard to ensure the quickest possible turn around from the time you place an order to the moment your receive your package.

Though most orders are shipped within 48 hours some orders may take up to 7 days. We ship with USPS and UPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and an expected time line between 2-5 days based on your proximity to our shop.
